ALL NEW parts: The
following parts are guaranteed to be replaced in each scooter.
Bearings ( all engine and shaft bearings ), seals,
cylinder, Piston, rings, output shaft and gears, cylinder head, brake
drums, steering lock, horn , whole carburetor , condenser, fuel tap assembly, tap lever , Gear selector box and
cover, spark, Kick start pedal, clutch plates and drum, CrankShaft,
air filter, brake pads, ignition coil and assembly, exhaust system, air
intake hose, rear suspension ( shock), front damper, gear selector
cruciform, tires, tubes, odometer ( in kilometer), Tires, tubes, seats,
leg shield trim, floor strips, seat carrier, all lights ( VBC head light
is rebuilt, VBB head light is new and
tail light is always new) assemblies, all electrical wires, all rubber
parts , all cables, central chrome stand, emblems, logo, front end
stainless cover aluminum clutch and front brake levers, left side
compartment lock, light switches assembly, all brackets and almost 99% of
bolts and nuts are replaced with new ones and much more.
Wheel Upgrading: All of our scooters
are upgraded to 10" wheels for better handling.
Rebuilt Engine and New Engine:
Rebuilt Engine: We do upgrading old
convention electrical to new 12V C.D.I. system for better lighting and
start-up. No need to adjust timing once a while. Customers will
appreciate these upgrading.
New Engine:
There are 2 types of 5 port engines, one
is Kick Starter
or Electric Starter, ( Push button to
start )
Almost 99% parts in each scooter are replaced. What
left?? only Frame!
